The best moment is to meet in the evening at the table as in the most classic of Tuscan traditions, with the desire to be together to share the meal in total relaxation, including laughter and the starry sky.
Every day Franco offers a complete menu, from appetizer to dessert, including wine at will, coffee and grappa.
Only typical dishes of our beloved Tuscany, with a prevalence of organic products of the farm and local companies of short supply chain, so everything at KM ZERO. We offer a different menu every day with possible alternative.
It is a homemade cuisine, natural and tasty, which returns to the old abundant meals consumed “slow food”, the rediscovery of the wake around the table set in the fireplace, the cool of the pergola or under the starry sky.
On request we can satisfy the needs of guests with food intolerances, vegetarians and vegans.

We all eat together, as per tradition
Typical Tuscan appetizers such as bruschetta with perfumed oil and organic tomato sauce, the best Tuscan cold cuts, ham, salami and finocchiona, wild boar salami, lard and Cinta Senese Tuscan croutons, a selection of fresh and aged sheep’s cheese.
First courses: Chianina ragout, pappardelle with wild boar, lumberjack, truffle, dwarf sleeves, spelt soup or or zo, risotto with mushrooms or asparagus from our woods.
Main courses: Magnificent Florentine steaks grilled oak on the large fireplace and tasty grilled, arista alla Vernaccia di San Gimignano, beans with bird, genuine meat of animals bred wild in Orgiaglia: pheasant, roe deer and wild boar still cooked Etruscan, field salads, potatoes with rosemary and others from the garden.
Cantuccini and Vin santo and local sweets, grape marc grappa and Chianti wine genuine at will.
LUNCH
On request full lunch, mini lunch, tasting menu with chopping board bruschetta cold cuts and cheese, sandwiches.
BREAKFAST
We serve hot and cold milk, mocha coffee, tea, fruit juice and water; bread and rusks, cereals, biscuits, butter, homemade jams, honey from our hives, homemade cakes, fresh fruit; on request cold meats, cheese for continental breakfast.
