From the 3000 olive trees directly in the mill of the company we obtain our organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, with intense color and harmonious fruity flavor.
Franco and Umberta have restored the ancient olive grove composed of different cultivars typical of Tuscany, cultivated according to organic farming techniques with the total exclusion of chemical products, maintaining a global view of the ecosystem.
The synergy between the special microclimate with the sea wind, the wide distance between the plants, the typical rock of Volterra called “bench” not easy to work, gives high quality and great finesse to the final product.
The sea wind cradles our olives and keeps them clean, so they always undergo neither chemical treatments nor pesticides.
We are one of the few families in Italy that produces with the short supply chain at zero km the organic extra virgin olive oil, taking care of all the steps from the earth, to the plants, to the harvest and the cold pressing in the exclusive mill in the company next to the olivevieta.
